These terms govern your use of the Groberg Musical Instruments website and any purchases or reservations you make through it. By using this site, you agree to these terms.
To reserve an instrument, a deposit is required. This deposit is fully refundable until your build begins. Once we start building your instrument, the deposit is no longer refundable.
Every instrument we make is handcrafted and unique. Natural variations in wood grain, color, and appearance are expected and are part of what makes each instrument one of a kind. Finished instruments may differ slightly from photos or renders shown on the website.
All instruments are built to order. We will provide an estimated completion time but we cannot guarantee exact completion or delivery dates.
Your deposit is collected at the time of reservation. The remaining balance plus shipping and applicable tax is due when your instrument is ready to ship.
Shipping costs are calculated when your instrument is ready to ship and are included in your final payment.
Because each instrument is custom-built to order, completed instruments are not returnable. Your deposit is refundable any time before your build begins.
