If you cancel your reservation before we begin building your instrument, your deposit is fully refundable. Once the build process has started, all payments — including the deposit — are non-refundable, regardless of how far along the build is.
To cancel a reservation and request a refund, email us at contact@grobergmusic.com. We will confirm your cancellation and process any eligible refund.
Because each instrument is custom-built to order, completed instruments are non-returnable and non-refundable.
All approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
